What facial data is our app collecting?

We are capturing the face of the owner of the mobile device via the mobile device camera.
You have the right to opt out of this feature by preventing the mobile app from accessing your camera.
By doing so may void your right to participate in this program.
Why do you need to capture a photo of my face?
We use this image to match against previously updated user images that are stored on our secure server.
How long will you keep my facial images?
Images are stored on our server based on the terms and conditions stated in the license between you and the entity that has requested that you use our app.
Who can see my photos?
You as any image that you have sent for verification is stored in your mobile photo library.
Only the authorized administrators that you have given authorization to when you acquired a license to use this app.
Will my photos be shared with any third parties?
We do not share or sell, any client data with any outside organization.
All data is kept encrypted and stored on our secured servers.
